Offset print by Sigmar Polke and Gerhard Richter. Sequence of five black-and-white photos in two rows, intended to document the process of transforming a mountain range. Snow-covered Alpine panorama becomes a nebulous ball of light. Below it reads: 5 phases of a transformation carried out by Polke and Richter. The massif was transformed into a sphere for a period of two hours on April 26, 1968.
