„as known there is a sort of mirror-glass which is transparent from its backside / so who lives in a house built with this material has the feeling of living in open nature” Arthur Köpcke notes in his reading/work-piece No. 35. The task: architecture suits the landscape, which, along with numerous other pieces, is included in Edition Continue (EB33). The two screen prints Glashaus (innen), Glashaus (außen) – Köpcke’s first ever graphics – were created based on the idea of piece No. 35 and are Köpcke’s contribution to the edition Weekend (EB32). The format of the screen prints is based on the size of the Weekend suitcase.
