Ink on offset print by Nedko Solakov. A photo of a plastered wall with irregularities numbered in ink. A text with the numbers was written small on the wall. For example: “#1, 14, 7, 5 and 12 go to the left!” the international council ordered

    The offset print by Nedko Solakov shows a detail from his contribution to the Cetinje Biennale, which was created in Dubrovnik – one of the two satellite venues of the Biennale alongside Tirana. In his typical mixture of drawing and text, he has provided the walls of a room in the Galerija Otok with tiny humorous comments – for example on the arrangement of small wall irregularities, which he has given numbers. For his contribution to the edition Love It or Leave It (EB66), the artist also drew one of his characteristic little men in black ink, each individually positioned on the reproduced wall, so that each sheet of the edition is actually unique.
