A gray plastic drawer with editions by Imi Giese and Imi Knoebel. The drawer contains a plastic number 20 and a stack of glued wood that fills half of the drawer.

    For the rolling cabinet En Bloc (EB20), close friends Imi Giese and Imi Knoebel share a drawer that is also designed as a room, in reference to their shared studio, Raum 19 (Room 19), at the Düsseldorf Art Academy. Knoebel’s contribution, a stack of glued wooden panels, takes up exactly half of the drawer in terms of dimensions and fills it completely with the material.
